Our products are shipped from our warehouses (the shipping warehouse depends on the stock available for the model you purchased. It is entirely possible that your order may be shipped from a warehouse located in another country if the ordered model was only available there at the time of purchase).
Since the logistics are automated via Shopify, everything is handled automatically to speed up the processing of your order.
We carry out weekly stock checks to ensure the highest possible quality of our products.

Customs Fees and Taxes
You are responsible for paying all customs duties or additional fees required by your government or local postal service.
We ship your package exactly as the address is provided.
Once the product reaches the destination country, your local post office will handle the final delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local post office for any issues arising after the product arrives in the destination country.
Order Tracking
If you are ordering from the United States, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If tracking information is not updated for a few days, don’t worry—there may be a delay of one or two days.
Importation of Goods
Goods are imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer.
The consignee authorizes imaxsound to import the goods on their behalf.
Furthermore, the consignee/buyer agrees that imaxsound may delegate the importation duty to a subcontractor.
The recipient is responsible for paying all taxes and customs duties, in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
Returned Packages
Packages returned for reasons not attributable to the sender may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Refunds for returned packages that are not the sender’s fault will be issued in full, minus the shipping costs incurred.
Returning a Shipped Item
If you return an item, we recommend:
